Choosing your pair

How do I choose between the five PerseveranX insoles?

Start with the feeling you want beneath your feet. All five combine cushioning with a firm arch-supporting frame and a deep heel cup.

  • Embrace: gently contouring cushioning with little bounce.
  • Plush: a soft first step with a springy return.
  • Fusion: a firmer cushion with less sink than Embrace.
  • Bouncy: pronounced rebound for people who like a lively feel during running and training.
  • HoneyComb: flexible cushioning that responds more firmly to faster impact.

Our Find your fit Quiz narrows the choice using your activity, cushioning preference and shoes.

Which insoles should I choose for standing all day?

Choose the response you want during those hours on your feet. Embrace gives a softly contouring, low-bounce feel. Fusion feels more substantial under pressure. Plush adds soft spring, while HoneyComb offers a flexible feel with a firmer response to faster impact. Each has shaped arch and heel support. Check the fit in the shoes you actually work in; the softest option is not automatically your best match.

What is the difference between Plush and Embrace?

Plush has a softer first compression and a springier return as pressure lifts. Embrace conforms beneath your foot with less bounce. If you enjoy a noticeable soft-and-springy feeling, start with Plush. If you prefer to settle into a quieter cushion, consider Embrace.

What is the difference between Fusion and Embrace?

Fusion has a firmer, more substantial feel and does not let your foot sink as easily. Embrace yields more readily around the contact beneath your foot. Both give you cushioning above shaped support; choose Fusion when a very yielding cushion is not your preference.

Is Bouncy the same as HoneyComb?

They emphasize different responses. Bouncy is about noticeable spring as the material rebounds. HoneyComb responds to how quickly pressure arrives, becoming firmer under faster impact. A high bounce and a firmer impact response are different characteristics; choose the one that matches the feeling you want.

Size & shoe fit

Do I need to measure my arch height?

No arch-height test is needed to choose between our models. The collection uses a raised support profile; your choice is the cushioning feel. Start with your US shoe size, then check that the arch meets your foot comfortably and that your heel and toes have room. One shape will not suit every foot equally.

How do I choose my insole size?

Use the US size in the shoes you plan to wear them in and check our size chart. If you want a second check, compare the untrimmed insole length with your original removable insole, with the heels aligned. Measure the insole rather than your bare foot. US men's 12.5 and women's 13.5 appear in both L and XL; compare lengths and arch position before choosing.

Will these insoles make my shoes too tight?

They can if the shoe does not have enough depth. Replace the original removable insole, lace up with your usual socks, and check for toe room and secure heel seating. The insole should lie flat without curling. Cutting the front shorter does not create more space above your foot or lower the arch.

Should I remove the original insoles or put these on top?

Replace the original insoles if they are designed to come out. Stacking two full-length insoles can crowd your foot and lift your heel too high. Leave glued or sewn-in liners in place and ask us about the shoe before adding another layer.

Can I trim my PerseveranX insoles?

Yes, at the forefoot if needed. Line up the heels of your old removable insole and the new one, then use the old forefoot outline as a guide. Make small cuts and test the fit after each adjustment. Keep the heel, raised arch and support frame intact. The size guide shows where to trim.

Do I need a break-in period?

Start with a short, easy wear and add time only while the fit remains comfortable. You may notice the arch more than you did with a flat liner. Sharp pressure, rubbing or increasing pain is a reason to stop and recheck the fit, not something to push through. Contact us if you need help deciding whether the shape suits you.

Cushioning & support

What makes PerseveranX different from a basic shoe liner?

The difference starts with the cushioning. We choose materials for their response under pressure and their resistance to lasting flattening, then offer five distinct feels. Beneath that cushion, a contoured comfort layer and firm frame support the arch and cradle the heel. You get a deliberate cushioning choice and a shaped foundation in the same insole.

Does softer cushioning mean weaker arch support?

The cushion and frame have different jobs. The cushion changes how contact feels beneath your foot. The firmer frame supplies the arch-supporting shape beneath it. Choosing Plush or Embrace for a softer feel does not remove the support structure.

What does “resists packing down” mean?

Packing down is lasting flattening after pressure is removed. Our cushioning is selected to recover its shape and resist that lasting loss of depth, helping preserve the cushion available for your next step. The whole insole still wears over time, so check its cover, layers and support frame as well as its feel.

Are the insoles 0.16 inches thick?

Approximately 0.16 in (4 mm) describes the cushioning layer alone. It is not the total insole height. The comfort layer, cover and support frame add to the profile, and the heel and arch are shaped. Check the actual space in your shoe rather than using the cushioning thickness as a fit guarantee.

Does a higher bounce mean better shock absorption?

Not by itself. Bounce shows how strongly a material returns after compression; shock absorption concerns how it handles the incoming impact. Our demonstrations help you see the differences in response. They do not measure how much pain, fatigue or joint load a person will experience.

Foot comfort

Can I wear these if I have plantar fasciitis or heel pain?

Cushioned, supportive shoe inserts can be part of a plantar fasciitis care plan. PerseveranX combines cushioning with arch and heel support, but the right shape and fit matter. Ask your clinician whether this raised support profile suits you, especially if symptoms persist. Our Quiz recommends a cushioning preference; it does not diagnose the cause of heel pain.

Will the insoles reduce fatigue after a long day?

They add cushioning beneath your heel and forefoot, with support beneath your arch during standing and walking. The materials are selected to resist packing down through wear. How much more comfortable you feel depends on your feet, shoes and activity. Try them in your usual day; we do not promise a fixed percentage of fatigue or pain reduction.

Are they suitable for flat feet or overpronation?

An arch label alone does not decide whether an insole will fit you. All five models use a raised support profile, so check where the contour meets your foot and whether the shoe has enough room. If you need correction for a diagnosed condition or prescribed orthotics, ask your clinician before changing support. We do not prescribe a model to correct pronation through the Quiz.

Can I use them with diabetes, numbness or reduced feeling in my feet?

Check with the clinician who looks after your feet before using a new insole. Reduced sensation can make pressure or rubbing harder to notice, and some feet need specifically fitted footwear or inserts. Softness alone does not establish a safe fit for you. If you have a sore, wound or new swelling, seek medical advice rather than using the Quiz to choose treatment.

Can I wear PerseveranX on top of my prescribed orthotics?

Ask the clinician who prescribed them first. Adding another full-length insole changes the space and contact inside the shoe and can interfere with the fit of your orthotics. Use the arrangement recommended for your feet rather than layering inserts to get more cushioning.

Cleaning & replacement

How should I clean my PerseveranX insoles?

We recommend gentle spot cleaning. Remove the insoles, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and a little mild soap, then wipe away any soap residue with a clean damp cloth. Let them air dry completely at room temperature before putting them back in your shoes. Keep the material lightly damp rather than soaking it.

Can I put my insoles in the washing machine or dryer?

Use gentle hand cleaning instead. Avoid soaking, machine washing, tumble drying, bleach and strong solvents. Keep the insoles away from radiators, hair dryers and other direct heat. Leave them to dry naturally without twisting or wringing them.

What should I do if my insoles get wet or sweaty?

Take them out of your shoes and let both air out in a ventilated place. Wait until the insoles are fully dry before wearing them again. Clean socks and dry shoes help keep the whole setup fresh; do not use direct heat to speed up drying.

How often should I replace my insoles?

Check their condition rather than replacing them on a fixed calendar. Wear depends on how often you use them, your activity and the fit of your shoes. Look for a worn-through cover, separating layers, cracks or distortion in the frame, lasting flattening, or a noticeable loss of the cushioning and fit you relied on. Replace a damaged pair; contact us if you are unsure what you are seeing.

If the cushioning recovers, why would I ever need to replace them?

Recovery is one part of durability. The top cover, bonding and support frame also see daily wear. Cushioning that resists packing down helps preserve its feel, but it does not make the entire insole permanent. Check all the layers when you clean your pair.

Can I move the same pair between different shoes?

Yes, if the fit works in each pair. Check the outline, arch contact, toe room and heel seating every time you change shoes. An insole trimmed for one shoe may be too short or narrow for another, even when both shoes show the same size.

Orders & returns

Do I receive one insole or a pair?

Each insole product is sold as one pair, with a left and a right insole. Select the model and size you want before adding it to your bag.

Can I return them after wearing or trimming them?

Yes. Request your return within 30 days of delivery, including worn or trimmed pairs. Email perseveranx@gmail.com with your order number, then wait for your prepaid label and instructions before mailing the pair back. The full return policy explains the process.

What if I choose the wrong model or size?

Contact us if you need help with the fit. To change your pair, request a return and place a new order for the size or model you want. The return and new purchase are handled separately.

When will my order arrive, and is shipping free?

Standard US shipping is free with no order minimum. In-stock orders usually ship the same or next day; US transit after dispatch typically takes 1 to 3 business days. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. International options and charges appear at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination.

How can I track my order or report a delivery problem?

Your shipping email contains the tracking number. If tracking has not updated for seven days, or your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email perseveranx@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.
