Free US shipping

Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum order value. Available shipping options and charges for other destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.

When will my order ship?

Embrace is in stock. In-stock Embrace orders usually ship the same or next day. Bouncy, Plush, Fusion and HoneyComb are currently in production and available to backorder. Shipping is expected to begin November 1, 2026. This is an estimated dispatch date, not an arrival guarantee.

When will my order arrive?

After dispatch, US delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. This transit estimate is separate from the time needed to dispatch your order. It is not a guaranteed arrival date; carrier delays, weekends and holidays can affect delivery.

Delivery outside the US varies by destination, carrier and customs clearance. The US estimate does not apply to international orders.

Tracking

We will email tracking information for each shipment when it ships. If tracking has not updated for seven days, email perseveranx@gmail.com and we will check with the carrier.

Stock availability

If your order contains Embrace and backordered styles, we will ship Embrace first and the remaining pairs separately when available. If the expected shipping date changes, we will contact you with an update and the option to keep waiting or request a refund for the unshipped items.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not collected by us and are the recipient's responsibility. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the goods once they arrive.

Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, even after wearing or trimming your insoles. We provide a prepaid return label, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Read the full return policy.
