<h2>Shipping policy</h2>
<p>PerseveranX ships from Irvine, California.</p>

<h3>Free standard shipping</h3>
<p>Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order value. Orders to other destinations are quoted at checkout before you pay.</p>

<h3>Processing and transit</h3>
<p>Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 4–11 business days within the United States and 6–14 business days to Canada. Other destinations vary by carrier and by customs clearance.</p>

<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for seven days, email us at perseveranx@gmail.com and we will chase it with the carrier.</p>

<h3>Stock</h3>
<p>Orders are subject to stock availability. If something in your order is unavailable we will ship the rest, contact you, and let you choose between waiting for the restock or a refund for the missing item.</p>

<h3>Customs and import charges</h3>
<p>Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Those charges are set by that country, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused at customs and comes back to us, we refund the goods once they arrive.</p>

<h3>Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries</h3>
<p>Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email perseveranx@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.</p>

<h3>Returns</h3>
<p>Returns are covered in full in our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund policy</a>. In short: 30 days from delivery, we pay the return shipping, and refunds go back to your original payment method.</p>
