Embrace is the softest foam we make that still supports an arch. Step on it and it gives — noticeably, immediately. It is the one to start with if you have never worn a supportive insole, and the one to choose if the problem is a specific place that hurts rather than general fatigue.

What makes it different

Embrace is built from open-cell foam. Most insoles use closed-cell foam — sealed gas bubbles in a rubber matrix that feel excellent new and then permanently collapse under repeated load. That collapse is called pack-out, and it is why insoles stop working long before they look worn out.

Open-cell foam has interconnected cells. Air moves in and out as you load and unload it, so the foam displaces instead of crushing, and recovers between steps.

• 35mm arch height, measured to the top of the finished insole — built for the tall end of the arch range. Trim-to-fit
• Top 3–4mm is open-cell foam — your arch rests on foam, not on structure
• Open-center TPU frame — a U-shaped support rail instead of a solid plate. The stiffest TPU we use, shaped to flex rather than softened to flex
