<h3>30 days, and we pay the return shipping</h3>
<p>You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. We send you a prepaid return label, so sending a pair back costs you nothing.</p>

<h3>Yes, you can wear them first</h3>
<p>An insole cannot be judged in the box. Put them in the shoes you actually wear and give them a few days. If they are not right for you, we will still take them back inside the 30 days.</p>

<h3>How to start a return</h3>
<p>Email perseveranx@gmail.com with your order number and tell us what did not work — it helps us build better ones. We will reply with a prepaid label and instructions.</p>
<p>Please wait for that label before sending anything back. Parcels that arrive without a return having been requested cannot be processed.</p>

<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>We will let you know as soon as your return arrives and whether it has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your <strong>original payment method</strong> within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.</p>
<p>If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you a refund was approved and you still have not seen it, email perseveranx@gmail.com and we will find it.</p>

<h3>Damaged, defective or wrong items</h3>
<p>Contact us as soon as the order arrives. We will replace it or refund it, and you do not need to wait for a return to be processed first.</p>

<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>The fastest route is to return the pair you have and place a new order for the model or size you want. The two are handled independently, so you are not waiting on one to receive the other.</p>

<h3>Gift cards</h3>
<p>Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.</p>

<h3>European Union: 14-day cooling-off period</h3>
<p>If your order is shipped into the European Union you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without giving a justification. This is in addition to the 30-day window above.</p>
