I have narrow-ish feet and a high arch and add insoles to fill the shoe a little for a better fit. These insoles were game changers in a pair of hiker/sneaker shoes.

The break-in period for me took about 2 weeks of standing and walking 1 mile a day. After that, they are super comfortable and support me well. They fit into my sure perfectly I'm a size 12 and did not have to do any trimming.

This reviewer wears a US 12 normally and at 220 Lbs, the insoles do run out quickly. This product claims to never flatten due to its unique design. This may be a slight stretch but the product is well made and snugly fit my sneakers. I ordered the Medium Arch - Black | Size: XL (Men 12.5-14.5/Women 13.5-15.5). The company that makes it is marketing this product under the brand name of Preseveranx and the products appear to have gone over some good QA.
Both the brisk walking and the light running was quite comfortable.
The price is a bit high, so I will give it four stars for this product .

I've used a good number of orthotics over the years, and these work really well. They provide good arch support, but it is a bit narrow arch support. They are also a little thicker than other orthotics, so if your shoes are a bit tight these will not work. The general shape fit great I actually didn't have to cut or adjust it to make it fit my shoe.

These insoles fit easily and perfectly into my shoes without any adjustments. They are fairly thin making them ideal to not reduce room in a shoe. The heel and middle arch are supported by a contoured lightweight but rigid plate on the bottom. The upper layers provide a bit of cushion without compromising support. Being used to not much arch support it did take some time to adjust to the more rigid feeling through the arch.

The arch support in these is really good. The rest of the insole isn't that thick like some others are, which is okay because I have some shoes that thick insoles make too tight. After trimming toe area to the right length they fit my shoes and feet well.

I put these in a brand new pair of shoes, and it was surprisingly too much pressure on my high arched feet. They were great in an older pair of shoes though. Not really sure where they are made as the packaging didn't plainly state it.

Insoles are working very well for me. I just started a new job where I am walking all day, and these are helping a lot in the main pair of shoes I wear to keep my feet from hurting the way they were the first couple of days. I did need to adjust these slightly as I wear just under a size 9.

These replacement insoles are comfortable and they provide very good shock absorption. I like that they offer good arch support for my flat feet. They fit my basketball sneakers well and improve stability while reducing foot fatigue. These high quality replacement insoles perform very well and offer good value for money.

These are well made and well fitting insoles. They are made to be cut to fit in the toe area and that area is not molded like the heel and instep areas. These feel good right out of the box. The are easy to trim and easy to put in your shoes. No excessive material to get in the way. The molding for the heel and arch are materials that don’t appear that they would break down after a lot of use. They hug your feet and make you feel more secure. There is a comfort that you get with these that aren’t in a lot of insert products. These are a good buy!

Overall, the materials and durability of the insole are decent. The support is made of a hard plastic, and is covered by a nice layer of foam. They seem like they would work well, if I could have given them a chance.
The range for the insoles says Men 7-8.5/Women 8-9.5. I typically fit into a M 7 or W 9, but the insoles did not fit well at all. They are pretty narrow, and the arch support is relatively far back towards the heel. If I would position the arch on the insole with the arch on my foot, half my foot would be unsupported. Because the arch support is so rigid and firm, there's no way I could wear it without centering the arch.

This fits a woman’s 9.5 shoe perfectly without needing to be trimmed down. The arch support is in the right spot and gives enough when it needs to. The only negative is the top material is kind of slick where your sock slides a bit. Other than that I’m pretty happy with them.

These insoles offer solid arch support. The back half of the insole is padding over a solid plastic form that cradles your heel and lifts your arch. The front half is flexible foam for easy and comfortable walking. I got these for my son who has plenty of shoes that could use a little extra padding inside. They measure just over 11-inches long and are easily trimmed to fit smaller shoes.

I thought a medium arch would be the right thing to order, so I did. The box was confusing. It reads medium arch on a sticker, but the text on the actual box says high arch. And truth be told, it was definitely a high arch. So much so that it was incompatible with my feet. It's a shame because the insole is far better quality than the typical insole in material, perceived durability and softness. For reference, I have a slight arch. The material by the arch isn't very flexible, since it's there for support, so it's not like it conforms to your feet. Lesson is that your arch height definitely matters with these insoles.

These arch support insoles are well-made and durable, but they just didn’t work for me in terms of fit. The arch is positioned really far back, and it creates an uncomfortable pressure spot under my heel. I tried trimming the insole so that I could push it forward in my shoe, which helped a bit, but it was still too high. If the arch was just a little bit further forward these would be great because they are very supportive, but I just couldn’t get them to fit comfortably.

These provide good arch support with a hard plastic part on the bottom. You can easily cut the toe area if you need it shorter. They do offer some cushion as well. I'm used to wearing insoles so I didn't have to gradually wear them. Overall, they were pretty good.

My step alignment is much better and the pain in my joints has decreased. The insoles also prevent my shoes from reshaping in the pattern of my uneven step while running. My feet ache much less also. I wish I had purchased these insoles many years ago.

Hello friends, I selected this set of medium arch support perseveranx orthotics for shoes.
These orthotic inserts have a small orthotic attached to a flexible shoe insert. These are made for a thin foot. Medium feet might be able to fit in them. A wide foot would need to have a wide foot type. They have a really nice athletic design. They are true to size and can be shortened by cutting the toe area. I suggest taking the old insert from your shoe and matching it to this one in order to cut it correctly. Unlike other inserts I have these ones do not I have a set of arch lines for you to follow by default to cut them to size. A simple scissor can cut through these easily. They take a little getting used to but it's not long before you don't even notice them. Although they are slightly ribbed on the top to prevent slipping, they still slip with a new pair of socks. They do help keep the foot and leg aligned. They have microban and antimicrobial technology in them that protects against bacteria.

The insoles are thick, the height is extra high, and arch support is rigid as advertised on the product description. I have been wearing for about a week and it seems to feel more comfortable the more I wear. I wear a size 10 mens shoes and the insert fits just fine. I did wear my shoes with them on without socks but it definitely feels nicer with socks on. Initially the height felt too high but it is starting to feel more naturalized as I wear them longer.

For years no more of trying to update my favorite sneakers from the toes of pregnancy squashing them down. Been through even major brands had to toss not able to wear still. It’s so nice they are the the right fit without having to cut them just a slot right in. Feeling brand new and even better being able to wear out all day didn’t even take off till close to dinner caught myself in them. So happy with these broke in quick staying in place didn’t have to adjust at all after is a perfect fit.

These insoles seem to strike a good balance between comfort and support.
They fit well and were easy to fine tune in size.
I definitely feel less fatigue after standing around than without them.
It probably helped that I did a 2 week 'break-in' period. I started with 1 hour the first day and added 30 mins each day. After 15 days I was up to 8 hours. I really think that transition was easier by doing this.
Now I feel 'naked' without them!

These insoles have great arch support that doesn't seem to flatten out after wearing for a while. The actual arch support is a little further back on the foot than I'm used to, but overall, it still feels good. I'm hoping that these will prevent my plantar fasciitis from coming back.

I'm reviewing PerseveranX NASA Grade Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Shoe Inserts, size S (Men 7-8.5/Women 8-9.5).
These seem to made from high quality materials. The arch is shaped with hard plastic, so won't collapse. It's covered in dense foam that feels comfortable to my feet. That foam extends past the hard arch area and forms a flexible and supported forward insert.
Unfortunately I find that the raised arch is too far back and doesn't fit into the curve of my arch. These aren't custom fit so I don't expect perfection, but it really doesn't fit at all. It's just too close to the heel. Because there's no give in this rigid arch structure, this isn't a good fit for my feet. I wear a US woman's size 9, and this small size is suggested for size W 8-9.5.
The deep heel cups and the dense foam are great, but the position of the arch makes these unwearable for me.
As a side note, these PerseveranX NASA Grade Plantar Fasciitis Insoles are made in the USA.

These are perfect for making my very flat ballet flats a little more comfortable and walkable. I needed something with a little more arch in the foot area, and these insoles have a structured section that keeps the arch and heel area firm. While the back is made of a stiff plastic, the fronts of the insoles are just foam, so that they can be trimmed to fit shorter or more narrow shoes. I usually wear a US Women's 8.5-9 shoe, and these insoles in a Small (which says they will fit Women's 8.5-9) were just a tiny bit long for my flats, and I did need to trim them.

The set came with one pair of insoles. The soles have a soft cushion feel to it. The heel had a hard plastic encasement. The sole fit true to size. It was soft and felt comfortable to wear. I don't think it can be cut down to fit the shoe so I would measure before buying.

I decided to give these inserts a try, and to my surprise, they actually worked! I'm so glad I tried them. In fact, I'm considering ordering another pair because they've made such a difference. These seem to fit nice and are very comfortable. You can trim them a little bit to fit your shoes. These have a hard plastic bottom in the middle of your foot. The top part is soft.

I just put these in and have only walked on them part of the day but they feel so much better. I never understand why shoe companies do all this work to make these amazing sneakers but put in terrible insoles. I would pay for better factory insoles. Until that time replacements are easy. Being a size 13 this fit like a charm without having to cut it.

The resilience of the insole is good. But there is a hard plastic shell at the bottom to support the arch of the foot. So if the shoes are too narrow, it will be too tight to fit after putting in. It's okay if I put it in boots, but it doesn't work for my sneakers.

This insert was well made with a durable and sturdy material as well as memory foam. I found them very comfortable with an arch that helps with my pronation. I'm a size 9 and it fit perfectly but I did have to cut some of the insole to fit my sneakers. Overall, I think it's a great orthotic and high quality product.

This is a great arch support insole. I wear size 8.5 in women's and it fit my shoe perfectly. At first I was concerned as it felt like the arch support was just a bit too far back for my feet, but within minutes of walking around they settled in where they are supposed to go. I did a big shopping trip with these in my running shoes (which I don't usually wear to the store) and it was so comfortable and I completely forgot they were there. Great product!

I have high arches so I usually need extra support in my shoes. I used the original insoles in my outdoor boots for a while but realized they don't provide the same support as when it was new. After inserting the Perseveranx inserts it was like a brand new boot! Still looked old and used on the outside but my feet felt much better and supported on the inside. I wear a M8.5 so I did not have to do any trimming of the insoles. Great quality!

Just to clarify, this is a medium arch support insole and not high arch as described in the title and description. Nonetheless, I am still happy with the arch support that it provides. It is firm but comfortable. I do wish that the heel cups were a bit deeper but that’s just me. I haven’t tested it long enough for longevity in support as they have advertised but I’m hoping for the best. I have used other types of insoles and I do know that over time, they tend to flatten and no longer provide the same kind of support when new.
The insoles can be trimmed in the front toe area. There are no markings on the insoles for trimming so I had to trace over my old insoles but that’s a minor quibble.

These are strong arch supports. There is rigid plastic to keep them from collapsing under pressure. The ones I got are sized 7-8.5 as I wear an 8, and they will work, but the arch is closer to the heal than I am used to (Usually I see and get arch supports that are 8 to 9.5, so the arch is closer to the middle, especially when I cut them down to an 8. I’d say if I had an 8.5, I’d want to size up so the arch wasn’t too far back on my even bigger foot.
Still, for 7s, these would likely be perfect, and I will still use them happily as they actually offer support and are not too wide for my shoes (I problem I’ve run into from other brands).

This is a pair of shoe inserts made with very high-quality materials. The shock absorption is provided by two different layers of materials. The hard heel cup and arch support fits into my size 10.5 size shoe perfectly without any trimming needed. My only complaint is that the vertex of the arch support was a little too far back to completely support my arches (which is why I get custom made orthotics). Nonetheless, as a pair of premade, “out of the box” shoe inserts, these are some of highest quality ones I have seen and tried. The arch support is made with a rigid support that has a carbon fiber outer shell, and cushioning is provided by an EVA cushion and Max Impact foam. These layers of cushioning are then protected with, what appears to be a very durable and breathable woven cover on the top, making these inserts very light, comfortable, and long lasting. The support may not be as nice as custom made orthotics, but they are better than nothing. I only wish my custom-made orthotics were made this well.
